  • Embrace Boredom: The next time you're waiting in line or have a few spare moments, resist the urge to pull out your phone. Allow your mind to wander. Boredom is often the precursor to creativity and insight.
  • Practice Single-Tasking: Choose one task and give it your undivided attention. Whether it's writing code, reading a book, or having a conversation, being fully present not only improves the quality of the outcome but also enriches the experience itself.
